Order Processing Time

VapoFil orders are typically prepared and processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. If inaccurate billing or shipping details are provided, processing may be delayed by an additional 3–5 business days.

Shipping & Estimated Delivery

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not include weekends or holidays.

VapoFil is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, including USPS or UPS, nor for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. Carrier delivery guarantees are not covered.

For international orders, delivery may take 4–6 weeks, and in rare cases up to 8–12 weeks, due to customs inspections or local postal services.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

To request a refund after shipment, customers must either refuse delivery or return the package using a trackable shipping method.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Package Marked as Delivered

If tracking information confirms delivery, VapoFil is unable to issue refunds. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve delivery-related issues.

Returns & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 60 days from the original purchase date. All items must be returned, including empty, partially used, bonus, or free bottles, along with complete order details.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after the returned package has been received and verified.

All returns must be shipped via USPS and include a valid tracking number.
